Our concierge services are designed to help you navigate this complex world of diamond & engagement ring shopping without the hassle of high markups and misleading numbers. We connect you with a better quality, authentic & certified diamond, within your original price-point or less. We want to help you create the unique custom-piece of your partner’s dreams that can’t be purchased elsewhere, while staying within your price-point.

Here’s how it works: you shop around, find a diamond you love, but before buying it, provide us with with the diamond certificate number and the price you were quoted. (A diamond certificate is like the SSN of the stone itself, and every certified diamond has its own unique number – even the ones you’re looking at in stores). Our concierge service then connects you with a better stone that excels in at least one of the 4Cs — carat, color, clarity, cut, or the fifth C: cost. If we can’t find you something better than what you almost bought, you don’t pay a thing.

Just have your associate jot down the price quote and the diamond certificate number (but remember: their profit depends on you not knowing how much they mark up, so they may be reluctant to tell you right away). With this information, fill out our Consultation form, and let us do the work. Within 24 hours, an associate will reach out to you to discuss the details of the diamond you found, as well as your goals for where you would most like to improve the 4Cs.

Once we know what you’re looking for, we start looking for your perfect stone and circle back to you with our proposal.

In most cases, the results are drastic: we are talking whole carat differences, or ideal color and cut grades above you brought in. You will be amazed at the quality that is well-within your budget, that those big box retailers and jewelers would never want you to know.

In any case, you review what we find, compare the details of the stones C by C, grade by grade, and then you can decide whether you want to stick with what you have or proceed with us.

After we decide on your stone, we can then connect you with a jeweler to set your diamond, or you can choose your own with your new stone, to create an optimal quality, custom-made piece, that could never be purchased pre-made from a store. This part of the process may take a little extra effort and time, but you have total creative freedom (if you want it) to make a uniquely personal piece for your partner, and still saves on the overall budget.

We will find you a diamond, better in at least one of the 4Cs, still within your budget and, in most cases, a significantly lower price. The diamond will be authentic (natural or lab-grown, depending on your preference) and come with its own certificate.

Whatever savings you gain from our services, we’ll split that difference with you. If we can’t help, you don’t pay a thing.
